About the Smiles Pop Up Experience
Smiles is a pink and green teddy bear with an upside down face to remind us that “Different is Good!” and that living an inspired life starts with looking at the world with a different perspective.
The pop-up introduces the White Tag open edition “Smiles” plushie, as well as a special Gold Tag edition of only 200 that comes in a collectible box and includes a scannable chip to access the digital Certificate of Authenticity.
Many have said that Brent’s now-famous Stuffed Animal Pile paintings remind them of the inside of a claw machine so we wanted to bring that experience to life!
Purchase your token and give the claw machine a go! There is even one Limited Edition Gold Tag Smiles hidden in there 😜

When should I arrive?
You can visit any time the store is open: from 10 am to 10 pm on Friday, July 12 and Saturday, July 13, or from 11 am to 8 pm on Sunday, July 14.
How can I participate in the claw machine game?
You will receive a token for every item purchased at the Smiles Pop-Up Event. Use these tokens to play the claw machine.
What can I win in the claw machine?
Each token gives you a chance to win a Smiles White Tag, which is valued at $125.
Can I purchase tokens separately?
No, tokens are only given with the purchase of items at the pop-up event.
Is there a limit to how many tokens I can earn?
There is no limit! You will receive a token for each item purchased, so the more items you buy, the more tokens you earn.
Will artist Brent Estabrook be there and available to sign merch?
Absolutely! Brent Estabrook himself will be making appearances at the event between 2 and 4 PM each day. He's excited to meet fans and sign merch. Be sure to stop by and say hello!

Alright, here's a little secret! On Saturday, June 13 at 5 pm, we'll be giving away 50 exclusive Smiles Enamel Pins to the first folks in line. Make sure to arrive early to get your hands on this special treat!
I'm not in LA. Can I still purchase a "Smiles"?
Absolutely! All remaining merchandise from the pop-up will go on sale worldwide on Sunday, July 15, at 7 PM. We want everyone to have the opportunity to bring Smiles home, no matter where you are!

A quieter, limited entry hour will be reserved on Sunday July 14 from 11am-12pm for our sensory-sensitive friends! This hour will feature lower volume music and fewer people in store. Feel free to come in and browse with no reservation but make sure to get a token!
